We offer a free trial for our monthly subscription service to give customers the opportunity to try out our product and service before committing to a subscription. We believe this provides our customers with the information they need to make an informed decision about whether or not our product is right for them.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity or if we believe that you have violated our terms of service. Additionally, if your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our terms of service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
We strive to provide excellent service to our customers and hope that you are satisfied with our product. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
After the free trial period ends, customers who choose to continue their subscription will be charged a monthly fee. We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions after 7 days have passed since the end of the free trial. It is the responsibility of the customer to cancel their subscription before the 7-day period ends if they do not wish to continue their subscription and avoid being charged, however, we will grant a refund up to 7 days after trial expiration (minus applicable processing fees).
For ongoing subscriptions, if you cancel within 24 hours of being charged your monthly fee, we will fully refund that month’s subscription fee (minus applicable processing fees).
If you have purchased an annual subscription and wish to cancel it, you are entitled to an 11 month prorated refund if you cancel within the first 30 days of purchase (minus processing fees). After this point, you can request a refund for 50% of the total subscription fee or a prorated refund (minus processing fees) if your Annual Subscription has been active for more than 6 months.
If you proactively cancel your own ‘Annual’ Subscription after being charged, you must contact our customer support team within 30 days of your cancellation to request a refund. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method you used to purchase your subscription.
